Tom Mantos
From a young age, Tom struggled with unhealthy eating habits. Feeling self-conscious and depleted, he became interested in body builder's diets, exercises, and lifestyles. This inspired him to make a change in his eating habits and activities, allowing him to cut weight and become healthier. He participated in collegiate wrestling. He also competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and ju-jitzu. Tom focused his studies on clinical nutrition in college and started his practice in 1983.
Since 1983, Tom has been passionate about helping others achieve personal health and wellness. He has worked exclusively with doctors that integrate homeopathic medicine as an approach to clinical nutrition and health. Tom has helped thousands of people achieve greater health and well-being, and can assist you on your personal health journey as well.
Tom is highly qualified to help you on your journey to better health. He obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Biochemistry from Montclair State College in 1983. He also studied homeopathic medicine at The New School of Homeopathy from 1995-1996, and at The Renaissance Institute of Homeopathic Medicine from 1997 to present day. He has received many certificates, including "Bridging Lifestyle Medicine and Systems Biology in Clinical Practice," "New Frontiers in Nutritional Medicine," "Reviving Emotional and Cognitive Health," "Advanced Nutritional Strategies For Autoimmune Diseases," and "Improving Therapeutic Outcomes by Treating the Intersection of Osteoporosis, Cardiovascular Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, and Arthritis."
